Valentine Cake with Strawberries and Rosettes

I frosted this heart shaped cake with dark chocolate icing. I added large rosettes with a large star tip all along the edges of the heart.

Then I cut clean and dried strawberries in half and placed inside the rosette heart.

I added chocolate candy hearts made with candy melts and molds to the sides.

A simple and easy Valentine cake decorating idea.
