Under the Sea Cake

Create an under the sea party cake by frosting a large cake with blue frosting. Make it wavy to look like the ocean waves.

Add mermaid, fish, starfish, edible candy for rocks, etc. Whatever under the sea details you'd like to add.

It is an easy way to decorate an under the sea cake.

Also try a mermaid cake or flip flop cake for another fun under the sea party cake.
