roses and petals choc mud cake
This chocolate mud cake was made for a girlfriend's mother who was turning 70.
After making the cake three layered and covering the cake in chocolate ganache, I layered it with a thin layer of white choc fondant icing.
Roses, petals and leaves were all made with modeling paste, then dusted with colour.
Ribbon was added last as a finishing touch.
