Pound Cake

A simple pound cake recipe using a cake mix. Pound cakes are best for making stand up or 3D cakes because they stand up well.


Cake Recipe

yellow cake mix
1 Cup milk
3 oz. pkg. Cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 eggs
Beat ingredients together until well mixed. Pour into pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with fresh fruit.
