Lemonade Cake Recipe
This lemonade cake recipe will remind you of a warm summer's day and
a glass of lemonade. A wonderful recipe complete with a glaze for the
top or you can use a different
frosting if you choose.

Best Lemonade Cake
1 lemon cake mix
1 pkg (3.4 oz) instant lemon pudding
4 eggs
¾ cup vegetable oil
¾ cup water
Glaze:
1 (8 oz) can frozen concentrate lemonade, thawed
2 cups powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease a 10” bundt pan.
In a bowl, mix together cake mix, lemon pudding, eggs, oil, and water.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake for 1 hour.
Remove from oven.
Poke holes in cake using a wooden skewer or fork.
Immediately pour glaze over cake.
Let stand in pan until cool.
Glaze:
Mix together thawed lemonade and powdered sugar until well blended.
