Frosting Daisy


Want to learn how to make a frosting daisy? These are quick and beautiful. You can make several at a time on a sheet of waxed paper and freeze for future projects. Here is how you do it.

Cake Decorating Supplies Needed

Example of a Daisy made from Icing

  • Tip 5 for center of daisy
  • Tip 104 for petals
  • Frosting
  • Pastry bags
  • Coupler

Piping Daisy Instructions
  1. Make your daisies on a sheet of waxed paper or right on your cake.
  2. Point the large or fatter end of your tip to start your daisy petals. Start at top and come toward center.
  3. Make another petal next to previous one forming a circle as you go around.
  4. Make about 7-9 petals or as many as you'd like.
  5. Finish off your daisy with a dot in the center using tip 5.
  6. If using waxed paper allow to dry or freeze and then remove with your spatula.
  7. Place on your cake.
Add leaves or stems to your daisy now.
