Fondant Figures


Fondant figures can include people or animals. It is becoming very popular to add these to a cake.  They can make your cake come to life and give it personality.



When shaping figures or decorations you'll need to prop them up with something until it hardens. At first the fondant will be soft and it can be left out to dry 1-2 days. Here are some examples of creating figures out of fondant.
