Chocolate Icing Recipe or Chocolate Filling

1/3 Cup butter
1/3 Cup cocoa
6 Tablespoons milk
Melt the above ingredients and add 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Add in 3 Cups powdered sugar, mix well.
If too thick add a little more milk or if it is too thin add a little powdered sugar until you get the right consistency.


Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting

3 oz. Cream cheese, softened
1/4 Cup butter softened
2 Cups powdered sugar
1/3 Cup baking cocoa
dash of salt
3 Tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Beat cream cheese and butter. Add sugar, cocoa, salt, milk and vanilla. Mix well and frost your cake.
