Easy Carrot Cake Recipe

This is the best and an easy carrot cake recipe that I've made before. It is especially easy because it starts with a box mix. Enjoy!

1 box Duncan Hines spice cake mix
3 cups grated carrots
1 cup chopped pecans

Prepare cake mix according to directions on box.  Stir in carrots then fold in pecans.  Bake according to box directions.

This bakes wonderfully in 2 9" round pans and topped off with cream cheese icing!
