Cream Cheese Icing
This Cream Cheese Icing is so good I sit and eat it right out of the
bowl! However you can also use it to decorate your cake.
Cream Cheese Frosting Recipe
- 1 8oz package of cream cheese
- 1 stick of butter or margarine
- 1/8 cup milk
- 2 tsp vanilla flavor
- 2 lbs powdered sugar
Directions:
- Blend cream cheese and butter/margarine until smooth.
- Add the milk and flavoring.
- Slowly blend in powdered sugar and beat until creamy.
- You may need to add extra powdered sugar to thicken some,
especially during hot/humid days.
This icing is also the perfect consistency to decorate with!

in the summer. Even though this icing is thicker, it will still melt in
