Cookie Monster cake for Christina
I was asked by a friend if I could make a cookie monster cake for her daughter's 9th birthday. I told her I would give it a try cause I was just learning how to do decorations with fondant etc.

I had taken a few Wilton classes. So I gave it a try and it came out pretty good if I say so myself. It was buttercream icing and the decorations were fondant and cookie monster was part cake and rice krispies. Cookies were chocolate chip mini's.

I've made more cakes since this one and now my friend who has 7 children, has me bake all their cakes.
