Castle Cookie Bouquet laid out
The cake was buttercream. I was given instructions by the little 6 year old birthday girl, that she wanted to be able to eat the towers. She also specified the colors of pink and purple. The base was a sheet cake, with a 12 inch square supporting the carved castle.
I made the towers out of slices of cake attached to the base and capped with sugar cones iced in buttercream. The road was jelly bellies. I made the cookie decorations with color flow ahead of time, then attached them to sugar cookies on a stick with additional color flow and wrapped each individually- two unicorns,a prince and princess, the frog prince, a dragon, another princess, a castle, and two fairies.
