Red Velvet Cake Recipe

1 yellow cake mix
1 3.4 oz pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
4 eggs
Red food coloring
½ cup vegetable oil
1 cup water
1 Tablespoon distilled white vinegar
1 Tablespoon cocoa powder

Frosting:
1 cup milk
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
1 3.4 oz pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
1 container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease a 9x13 cake pan or two 9” round pans.
Mix together cake mix, 1 pkg pudding mix, eggs, food coloring, oil, water, vinegar, and cocoa powder.
Bake 30-40 minutes.
Allow cake to cool completely before frosting.

To prepare frosting:
Beat milk and cream cheese. Mix in pudding mix. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over cooled cake.
