About Learn-Cake-Decorating  

This website has been a team effort. The originial creator and writer was Amanda a professional cake decorator. In the end of 2009 I bought the site from Amanda and have added more information about learn cake decorating and redesigned the site. My name is Debbie and I'm a cake decorator wanna-be. LOL!

I'm not a professional cake decorator but more of an at home decorator, if I can even call myself that. I loved this site so much that I knew I wanted to take it on and see what I could do and learn.

I have several other websites I manage as well as a family -I'm a mom of three. So I guess you could say I'm a mom of three kids and four websites now. I must be a little bit crazy but I do enjoy my websites and they do earn a living and a means that I can be a stay at home mom.

I love that my websites are a creative outlet for me. This is something that is just for me. Although three of my websites are kid related and my kids help me with researching a lot!  This is something that I really enjoy doing, researching, planning, organizing and seeing all of it come together.

You can do it too. The web hosting company I use is wonderful. They really do the behind the scenes of being a webmaster. So I concentrate on writing, researching and creating.

What I love is whenever I go on vacation or my kids need me, my website doesn't hold me down and continues to make money without me "holding its hand."
